Park Ridge Point HOA

Park Ridge Point is an existing Development located in Park Ridge, IL. This project is a retrofit of an existing detention basin with serious erosion concerns.

In 2004 Pizzo & Associates, Ltd. applied herbicide to the existing turf grass and planted 9000 native plants along 1100 linear feet of shoreline. Pizzo & Associates, Ltd. is contracted to conduct approximately 200 man-hours of stewardship each year at Park Ridge Point.
